01We understand your goal
Before anything else, we talk. Are you after steady rental income, long-term appreciation, or a mix? What is your budget, and how much of it is financed? This first conversation, in your language, shapes everything that follows. No two investors get the same shortlist.
02We source and vet the property
You do not scroll through listings alone in a language you do not read. We do the searching, filter out the noise, and bring you a short, honest selection with real numbers: price, expected rent, yield, condition and the story of the building. If something looks good on paper but weak in reality, we tell you before you fall in love with it.
03Financing, arranged for you
This is where most foreign buyers get stuck. We work with Czech lenders and arrange a mortgage on your behalf, including for Israeli citizens, so you are not left negotiating a foreign banking system on your own.
04The purchase, handled remotely
Here is the part people worry about most, and it is genuinely the smoothest. Through a notarised power of attorney, the contracts, the escrow account and the land-registry transfer are all handled here on the ground, on your behalf. You sign where you are. Every step is explained, in writing, in your language, before you commit to it.
05Furnishing and tenants
An empty apartment earns nothing. We prepare the property, furnish it where it makes sense, and place reliable tenants, so it starts producing income quickly rather than sitting idle while you figure out the local rental market from abroad.
